State of the Lab

Main content start

Every year, the Chueh Group conducts a “State of the Lab” survey to collect information on members’ experiences in the group. The anonymized results of this survey are presented to the group to encourage growth as a community and highlight opportunities for improvement. In line with our group’s emphasis on transparency and open communication, a portion of the results are also published here. We use a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the highest rating.

Additionally, the Chueh Group conducts an “Equity and Inclusion” survey every year to assess how equitable and accessible the group’s culture and practices are. A portion of the results are also published here. Group members are asked whether they agree or disagree with the presented statements. These results have been converted to a scale of 1-5, with 1 being “Strongly Disagree” and 5 being “Strongly Agree”.
